Vax Customer Service Hours

Today, Friday 21 July, with a view to purchasing a new vacuum, I dialled Vax Customer Service around 9.40am to try and find out some more detailed information.

I was met with a recorded message saying that the Centre was closed and would be open on Monday. As I had a old number for the centre, I called the Vax switchboard which again gave a recorded announcement that the Customer Service Centre hours had changed and were now 9am to 5pm Monday to Thursday ( yes, I said Thursday). I can understand no Saturday or Sunday working but no contact on a Friday!!!

I waited for a while but then a recorded message again cut in saying that the switchboard was unattended.
I hope Vax don't win any awards for customer service!
