    We spoke to her last Friday (21st July) after I called Nationwide myself. She said that they would need to fix this technical problem with my account and that she had already informed them that extending the term was fine with us.

    To add to matters we've had a call today from the solicitors saying the searches have all come back clear. So we're ready to proceed...
  • UPDATE: Broker emailed today to say that we should have the offer tomorrow. This technical error seems to be taking a long time to resolve! Feels weird that we've been the only ones to experience something like this.
