Hi
Just taken on someone contracted to work 2 days per week, that holiday is straightforward.
What is the best way to calculate the holiday rate for any adhoc extra days worked?

Its 12.07% if statutory holidays BUT if full timers get more than statutory you need different calculations.
Also the 12.07% is for extra pay not holidays taken on normal working days that is a different calculation.0
