Capital one ppi

Options
Hi. I am new to the forums so apologies if I touch on previous discussions. I have just applied for a ppi refund from capital one via the app Resolver (highly recommended if anyone hasn't used it yet). Capital one rang me to confirm some details, then a couple of days later I got a message from them via Resolver stating they had made a final decision and would be contacting me directly, if I have not heard from them already, then I would shortly. It has been over two weeks now and I still have not heard from them. I have tried contacting them via Resolver but, to date, they have not replied. Has anyone any idea where to go from here? It is difficult for me to ring them due to work commitments.

Apologies - can't really help but I know mine which is still underway has taken months so far with letters and checks coming back and forth. Yours sounds very quick to me.

  • A simple case for me. I have a pre-existing medical condition, ppi was completely useless to me. Shouldn't have been sold it.
