Flights must include a Saturday night stay in your destination. Departure airport used will be dependent on the availability from the winners nearest available international airport, which may not necessarily be the closest. A direct flight cannot be guaranteed. Non UK passports holders may need a visa for this destination, which they should arrange with the Embassy at their own expense. Includes all taxes and surcharges. 2. Transfers will be private and not shared with other passengers. 3. Hotel is classed as a 4 Star and is based on two sharing at win or double room (winner’s choice) with ensuite bathroom on a bed and breakfast basis. At least one guest must be over the age of 21. 4. Ticket valid only for your selected date and time. Ticket is non-transferable. Requests to change your reservation must be made at least 48 hours in advance. You will need to arrive at VIP Reception 20 minutes before your scheduled tour departure time. Children must be at least 5 years old to attend and atleast 17 years old to attend without an accompanying adult. Ticket is only valid for the person named on it. Ticket cannot be combined with other offers, separately ticketed events, discounts, Halloween Horror Nights or sightseeing tours. All or parts of Park subject to change or closure without notice. Early Park Admission begins one hour before the Theme Park opens and is subject to availability, cancellation, and change. Park opens from 9:00 am to 20:00 pm. Height, age and health restrictions apply on certain rides. 5. For all US trips, UK Passport holders must hold a valid ESTA (electronic tourist visa) from the US Embassy, which can be applied for a minimum of 72 hours prior to travel. Anyone not holding an ESTA will be deported from the US upon arrival without exception. It is the winner’s responsibility to comply with the ESTA visa requirements of the United States of America. Approval is at the discretion of the US Embassy and NDL Group cannot be held responsible for this being rejected. 6. Travel insurance is subject to normal terms of acceptance. Pre-existing medical conditions may not be covered. No age restrictions apply. 7. All prizes must be claimed and booked by the prize winner within 12 months from the date of our initial correspondence with them. Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and no cash alternative will be offered. OTHER CONDITIONS 1. DATA PROTECTION. Names, email addresses, and /or telephone numbers (which, for all SMS competitions, will be shared with our SMS provider,) will be collected and used to process entries. Winner’s details may be given to the prize provider to arrange delivery of the prize. Your details may remain stored after the End Date but will not be used for marketing unless you have ticked an opt-in box on entry. 2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND CONSENTS. By entering this Competition, you are consenting to our use of your entry both to publicise this Competition, our radio station or any other radio station which we own or control. This means that we may use all names, images, descriptions, photographs video footage, and other information, which you’ve submitted on entry, in any media, without paying you and without any time restriction. You also agree that we may film, record or photograph you in connection with the competition and /or the Prize (if you win!). We will own these films, recordings or photographs and we may use them publicly, including on the internet, for our radio broadcasts and/or for any promotional purposes. You will also have waived any moral rights or right to payment that you may have had.

3. MISCELLANEOUS.
a. Entries that don’t comply with these terms won’t be accepted and you may be disqualified if we think you’ve breached them.
b. One entry per person / Participants may enter more than once
c. If there is a dispute about the operation of the Competition or correctness of any answers given, our decision is final and no discussion will be entered into on this subject.
d. The correct answers to questions must exactly match our answers to win.
e. You are responsible for all costs of entry.
f. As far as it is lawful to do so we exclude our liability for any losses suffered in connection with the Competition / the Prize.
g. We may cancel / amend / end / suspend the Competition if we need to do so due to circumstances outside our control.
