    That's why I asked. It can take IPs a long time to formally terminate an IVA.

    For now he is protected from enforcement. So no rush to do anything

    Thanks for your help. It's been really stressful times the last 18 months with him being physically and mentally ill, plus the ex wife constantly on at him for money he just doesn't have!
    Am I right in thinking if he doesn't pay or files for BR the lump sum is then put on her to pay? I did read that but not sure .
