Top stuff!
Well, except the search facility is down at the moment, but that's not your fault!0 -
I just had the same problem and they emailed me back to say they will let me know as soon as it is back online.0

...and onto my next question. Is there any way of finding out the bands of other properties nearby? (Without actually speaking to any of my neighbours of course ;) )
If there are some houses the same that you want to compare, don't put a house number in the search facility, just a postcode and road name will do it.
I just checked our whole road and another one the same a few streets away, unfortunately for me, we all seem to be in the same band.Laughter is the sun

Thanks for that - top tip. My road is a mixture of B, C, and D. Pity as I was hoping to appeal down from B to A. It looks as if there isn't any point, but I'll walk down the road noting which are semi, detached etc just to be sure. (The whole road is new-build houses).
I didn't realise I only had 6 months after moving in to do so - I've missed that deadline anyway now
