Barclays cashback online smartspend problem

Does anyone know why I can't click through Barclays rewards to get cashback. I click on the retailer and I get the error This site can't be reached. I've tried everything I can think of by making the websites trusted sites etc. I've now tried clicking on various retailers and I managed to click through to one (but not the one I want to buy from which is Clarks).

I've tried it on different days as well and in Chrome and IE. Has anyone any ideas on how I can fix this - is it my computer browser? I've googled this problem but can't find anyone else referring to it so suspect it must be my browser security settings!

Ironically, I think it may be something to do with my Kaspersky ant-virus which I got free with my Barclays online banking blocking data collection.
