Help please!
Ordered some trainers, wrong size, need to send back.
Firstly, need the refund asap. I know there is a strike at the moment, but could i send them back using parcelforce? I want to avoid the Royal Mail strike and this would be quicker. The address is a PO Box one.
Anyone can recommend anything to do to get my money back ASAP!?

Cant see why you cant use Parcelforce, from what I remember when returning goods to them you have to pay the postage anyway - they dont refund the cost of returning items - as long as you get a certificate of posting or insurance (it gives a guide on the M and M site with regards to this) it should be fine.
Had an email through within a few days saying they had credited my card.0 -

Thanks for that. Unfortunatly though parcelforce do not deliver to PO Boxes, so i am going to have to send it normal post which is gonna cost £5, or special delivery for £7.75 :eek:0 -
yeah i was going to raise this.
the po box is most likely at the local delivery office who then forward it to the company.
try contacting them directly for a full postal address
£2.75 difference between 'normal' post and SD?0 -
If you ring Royal Mail 08457 950 950 you can ask for the address that the PO Box is linked to (they have to give it to you). That number is still manned during the strike as it is the main customer helpline. Or why not ring M and M and ask them for their address ?0

In fact, it would have to go special delivery, as they are worth more than £34. Can special delivery items be sent to PO box addresses?0 -
I've sent stuff to PO box addresses through special delivery before OK. Incidentally you don't have to send things of any value by normaly post, they are only insured up to £34 though, if they're only worth a bit more than £34 you may as well just send it standard post, or maybe recorded delivery.0
