All Bran and Bananas

I have some all bran which is probably past its best but still okay and about 5 spotty bananas. I fancied making that all bran loaf cake thingie but when I did a search it keeps saying no results found, so can someone either point me in the direction of the recipe or post up the quantities please?. I remember it as being a mug of all bran, a mug of sugar, mug of milk and mug of flour, but I'm not sure at all and I don't know if I mash the bananas with the milk, whether or not it will go. Can anyone help?
Jane
