Anyone got debt with Capital One CC??

Hi guys
Wondering does anyone have credit card debit with Capital One? Why I ask this is I have an outstanding debt of about 2k with, I was on a DMP with them paying monthly with Payplan but there was problems with my payments going out to creditors from Payplan so I decided to set up my own DMP. Everything ok with my other creditors but I don’t have any contact details for Capital one, as I chucked my old statements and they stopped sending them to me when I entered DMP with Payplan.
I’ve tried finding an address and number through the Internet to contact them but I’m not having much luck. I just find it really strange I’ve not heard off them since I own them money. I want to arrange payment with them. I dread a knock at the door of a debt collector.
Has anyone had experience of Capital One not chasing for an outstanding debt?

Hi

Yes I have a CC debt with Capital One which is being paid on a DMP with CCCS. I wouldn't say they chased me for the money but they did send through letters stating that I was behind with my payments but when I started paying through CCCS they haven't contacted me. The address is Capital One Bank (Europe) plc, PO Box 5283, NG2 3YJ (it says to include contact phone number when you write to them). Telephone number is 0800 9524966.
