Using stir fry pork

Hello everyone!
I just bought a reduced pack of stir fry pork (the lean kind that's already cut into thin strips).
It's just me so I've split it into 4 portions for the freezer and need ideas to use it all up.
Obviously there's stir fry which i love, but I'm also thinking fajitas.
Would appreciate any other ideas to keep things interesting!

Strips of pork, pan fried with sliced onions and mushrooms, then cooked slowly with paprika and a little chicken stock and finally finished off with a tablespoon of plain yogurt.0

Stroganoff, au poivre, Diane sauce or curry.0

Fry up with mushrooms, onions and a pepper sauce and fill a ciabatta
Basically use it as you would steak strips0 -
Could do pork fajitas like you said or just do the fajitas but without the wraps, salsa etc and cook some rice, cous cous. How about a little sweet and sour sauce amd some rice.
Could make some ratatouille sauce, some chopped tomatos, chopped aubergine, chopped peppers, salt, pepper.0 -
Thanks for ask the great ideas everyone! They sound so nice I might have to get some more pork!0
