Havin trouble with mortgage company who every month add fees to the account for being in arrears is this legal its £50 per month is there anything i can do

Pay your mortgage on time would be the best way, but failing that talk to the lender about the problem the fees are causing and can the freeze them. They prob wont but its worth a phone call.
