Iv got an interview next week for the position of work coach and just wondering whether anyone can give me ideas of what is involved in the interview? Also does anyone wirk as ine? Whats job like?is it flexible? Any info appreciated.thanks

It will be based on the examples you gave as competencies on your application form.

Is this the same for all civil service interviews? Are they all competency based questions?
Do they explore the statements you put in your application or ask other different competency questions?

Yes it is the same, it will state in the application what competency they are after, they may throw in a question, but will be looking fir another example0
