On the Final Reductions rail at Fforestfach today I found a wool "tailored" jacket for DH for £14.89 instead of £149 along with £25 casual trousers for £2.49.

And if anybody wants a size 8 shocking pink dress, they have a whole rail full!
I can cook and sew, make flowers grow.

Nothing worth buying left in my local large store. Saw some woman merrily making her way out with a silver foil pleated skirt for £4.99. I'm sure she's going to wear it all the time! These people could be an advert for dumb sales purchases. Everything that was left was nasty tat, thick bright pink acrylic dresses with huge bows and frills, nasty thin racer back tops that looked like rags. Not a patch on last year's sale which also went on much longer.

Same here in my local - just those hideous pink dresses - I think they should sack the designer who created them!

Same in my local, pink dresses and silver pleated skirts! I did manage to pick up a navy midi skirt for work for £2.49 though, so quite happy :)

No sign of any sale stuff in my store yesterday. That must have been a quick clearance sale.

It was at least 2 weeks shorter than last year because I remember when I was buying stuff )this week last year and it still wasn't down to 90% off. They reduced items much more quickly after the initial week, presumably part of their new strategy. I went into a smaller town centre store on Sunday and there was a small garment rail with about a dozen items on it. Nothing worth purchasing.
