OK great Tim. I know some people use the 0% to get cash. Some of them will allow you to transfer the money into an account. Not sure which ones. But check Egg Money perhaps

I chose Alliance and leicester because they were really good.
If you want a loan a low rates look in the financial pages in the Mail on Sunday. Don;t hold out much hope though if you have no income, sorry

I'm interested in the 0% credit card method but i thought that was only for purchases and not when you need cash?
