I have been making payments and contributions to the mortgage since 2012. I have adverse credit.
Am I able to use these payments to be able to be added to the mortgage at all?

Past payments will have no bearing.0

Making payment will not enable you to go on the mortgage.
If you have bad credit, you need to find a lender where you will fit criteria and are likely to pass a credit check with them. Or speak to a broker and get them to do the donkey work. Also bare in mind you will need to pay for a Transfer of equity (even if the remortgage includes free legals).I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it.
