Freezer bag quandary!

Options
So i make Derbyshire oatcakes - think like a big flat crumpet. In my local farm shop these cost about £4 for a bag of 10, I can make s batch of 20 for less that 50p. My issue is freezing them down. I freeze them in 2's, and I don't want to use 10 freezer bags each time! Anyone have any ideas for more economical options? Thanks hive mind!

I do similar things with different foodstuffs.
    Try:
open freezing on a tray, then simply put into a big bag, and take out as many as needed each time. Disadvantage is that some things get brittle, and get their edges knocked.
freeze between layers of baking parchment (or the paper from cereal packets) and store in a big plastic box.

also remember that for something like this, you can re-use the bags a few times

freeze in 2's first, then bag them up in one bag after they're fully frozen, I was just looking to see what they were, they're more or less the same as Staffordshire oatcakes which I make regularly as I love them and it's much cheaper to make myself

You can re-use the baking parchment as well. OH has wraps which we put a piece of paper between each one and we re-use the paper over and over again.
