Google "plug in energy monitor". You can pick one up for about £10-15.
Stick in into a power socket and put connect the multi plug that runs his gaming rig to that.
Providing you don't switch off the power to the monitor it will record the exact amount of KWh his rig uses during your stay.• The rich buy assets.
