Specialist mortgage needed

Hi all,
Looking at switching mortgage providers as currently paying a rate of 3.99% which we had to get when purchasing our house. We were very limited to providers due to various circumstances but I would really love to try and see if there is a better rate available elsewhere.
Reasons for specialist mortgage:
- Grade 2 Listed property
- 16 Acres of Land
- 2 houses on 1 property (Our house and a detached holiday let)
- My parents both live with us - they own half as we both sold our houses to move in here
We had such a struggle trying to get a mortgage when we were in the process of buying the house, but I do put a lot of this down to the broker who did nothing to help the situation move forward and took 5 months to find us a lender then left so much of the work until 1 week before completion.
So im hoping now that we have been here for 2 years and we arent also in the process of buying/selling it may be easier to find a new mortgage. Im after any recomendations for brokers or known lenders who would be able to help with our circumstances.
TIA

Promotion of brokers is against the forum rules.
You'll need a broker to do the legwork to find a lender. Unless you are prepared to put in some time yourselves. As the mix of circumstances makes it non mainstream.0 -
