Good deals on vitamins and supplements?

Hello all!
I am new to MSE and one of the things I tend to spend a lot on is vitamin tablets. This is due to the fact I have several health conditions that benefit from taking these supplements but I must admit it gets very expensive especially as I am vegetarian and so many supplements contain animal products. I also want to be able to buy good quality, effective supplements in theraputic doses which isn't always cheap!
I plan to do a supplement audit to try and determine exactly what I should focus on taking but I'd love to know any cost cutting tips anyone has? Any good sites that do good discounts?
I am also interested in skincare so will be checking out the boards for information on saving money in that department too!
Cheers!

It might be better to look at foods rather than supplements. Try Dr Gregger on You Tube for fab advice on your 'daily dozen'.Now Mrs FrugalinShropshire:T Proud to be mortgage and debt free:j0

Thanks, yes I want to try and get as much as possible from my diet but I do still need to buy some to get the theraputic levels recommended for my condition (this was advised by my specialist). I will check out Dr Greggor!0

I find SuperfoodUK to be a good site for health products, including supplements. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0
