Hi. I have been offered a new job at Tesco today! Just wondering if you order the uniform on your induction days my induction day is this Saturday 11am-8pm! Also what's the pay and holiday days like?

All questions you should be asking the recruitment team / person responsible.
There is no universal rule, even in the same company.
e.g. they could pay you the minimum wage, but pay someone several thousand more to sit around and do very little (in fact I guarantee they do)
Same with holidays and same with the uniform ordering policy.0
