Mortgage Offer Condition Evidence

One condition of my mortgage offer was to repay my student loan which I was paying to Shoosmiths on behalf of Erudio and send my lender original proof within 14 days.
My mortgage started on the 22nd June, I cleared the loan on the 23rd and asked they send correspondence confirming this. I still hadn't received this by the 30th so called Shoosmiths. They confirmed a letter had been sent to me on the 29th.
My 14 days is up tomorrow and I still haven't received the letter. I called Shoosmiths again today who confirmed they have re-sent the letter and also emailed me a copy.
How stringent are my lender likely to be with regards the 14 days? I can evidence it by the letter I was emailed (which isn't on headed paper) and my bank statement showing the payment coming out of my account.

The lender may impose a small admin fee for providing evidence late, but I don't think they'll even go that far. Call them up, explain the situation and take things from there. If you make your scheduled payments on time and keep them informed, you'll be fine.I am a Mortgage BrokerYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a Mortgage Adviser, so you need to take my word for it.
