Hmm, maybe it's been deleted as I looked @Virgin_TrainsEC under Tweets and Replies and manually went back as the search did not find anything (I searched for Agent, @cust_faithful and Rick and none showed up).

I also looked on @VirginTrains in case I got the wrong train line but not there either :-(

It's there ok. Go onto Twitter and search for Rick's handle. Go into his account and look at HIS tweets and replies.
