1. This Promotion is only open to legal residents of Great Britain (England, Scotland and Wales) aged 18 or over, excluding employees of the Promoter, Pork Farms Ltd their families, agents or anyone else professionally connected with this Promotion.

2. Promotion Period: Enter between 00.01 BST on 1st June 2017 and 23.59 BST on 30th November 2017.

Prizes/Gifts codes must be redeemed by 23.59 on 31st December 2017, unless otherwise stated.

3. Purchase is necessary and internet access is also required.

4. By entering this Promotion, all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

5. To Enter:

a. Purchase a participating Promotional pack of Pork Farms pork pies at any store.

b. Go to https://www.winwithporkfarms.co.uk and enter your full name, email address and the unique code (found on the inside of the pack).

c. You will then be notified if you have received a Prize or Gift.

12. Additional Prize Details and Conditions:

a. Up to £50 off: Entrants will receive a discount code via email to use at https://www.haven.com/porkfarms. The amount of discount received will depend on the below:

i. Save an additional £50 off 7 night holidays taken within 21/07/2017 - 31/08/2017 and 20/07/2017 - 30/08/2018 on all accommodations, and £25 off touring & camping. For 3 or 4 night breaks; save an additional £40 off Deluxe, Prestige, Apartments, Chalets and Accessible accommodations, save an additional £30 off all other accommodations and £15 off touring & camping.

ii. Save an additional £40 off 7 night holidays taken within 01/09/2017 - 14/09/2017 and 31/08/2018 - 13/09/2018 and 20/10/2017 - end of season and 19/10/2018 - 20/07/2017, 01/09/2017 - 14/09/2017, and 20/10/2017 - end of season on all accommodations, and £20 off touring & camping. For 3 or 4 night breaks save an additional £25 off Deluxe, Prestige, Apartments, Chalets and Accessible accommodations, save an additional £20 off all other accommodations and £10 off touring & camping.

iii. £30 off, For all other dates in 2017 and 2018: Save an additional £30 off 7 night holidays off Deluxe, Prestige, Apartments, Chalets and Accessible accommodations, save an additional £20 off all other accommodations, and £10 off touring & camping. For 3 or 4 night breaks save an additional £15 off Deluxe, Prestige, Apartments, Chalets and Accessible accommodations, save an additional £10 off all other accommodations and £5 off touring & camping.

iv. Extra discounts are additional savings which you can combine with Haven's general offers and will be added on after all other discounts have been taken into account.

b. Holiday with Haven:

i. The Prize must be claimed by an individual aged 21 or over.

ii. Winners will receive £500 towards any new Haven holiday booking.

iii. The winner is restricted to one prize holiday.

iv. Winners can book a holiday that is more than the £500 voucher or request extra services available at the chosen location but any costs beyond the £500 value will be at the winners' own expense.

v. Winners will not receive any refund if the full £500 voucher is not used.

vi. The Prize value of £500 cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or voucher or against on-park spend. Facilities, activities and entertainment vary by park and date and may incur a moderate extra charge.

vii. The holiday must be taken between 1 June 2017 and 30 June 2018. Must be booked by 31 December 2017.

viii. The holiday prize value of £500 cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or voucher.

x. The prize cannot be exchanged, transferred, refunded or re-sold.

c. Motorhome

i. The winner will receive a Manual 2.0 160bhp Turbo Diesel Elddis Majestic 155 motorhome.

ii. The winner will be asked to prove they are a resident of the UK.

iii. The Prize will need to be collected by the winner from the address provided by the Promoter during Winner Confirmation.

iv. The winner must have and must show a valid driving license, that includes a category C1 entitlement, prior to collecting the Prize. If not, the winner will need to obtain the correct category licence to legally drive the Prize.

v. Insurance is not included. If the prize is to be driven on public roads, insurance cover must be obtained by the winner, prior to collection of the prize.

vi. Maintenance, services and running costs of the Prize are the responsibility of the winner from the date of ownership.

vii. MOT will not be required for the 1st 3 years of owning the Prize.

viii. The Prize will be provided with a full tank of petrol.

ix. Please retain your promotional packaging in case it is needed to verify your win.

13. The Prizes are non-transferable, are not exchangeable and have no cash or other alternative in whole or in part.

14. In the event of unforeseen circumstances the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for an alternative of equal or greater value.

15. Please allow up to 28 days for delivery of the discount code and Haven Holiday Voucher Prizes, from the date of redemption (unless otherwise stated).

16. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for any third-party products or services.

17. Winner Selection:

a. Entry Gift: Every entrant will receive the Gift.

b. Online: Winners will be the entrants who enter a winning code at https://www.winwithporkfarms.co.uk during the Promotion Period.

c. Final Prize Draw: All valid entries received by the Promoter during the Promotion Period will be entered into the prize draw to be conducted within 2 working days of the end of the Promotion Period by an independent entity.

18. Winner Notification:

a. Entry Gift: Entrants will be notified online once they have entered their details.

b. Online: Winners will be notified online, once they have entered their details and unique code, at https://www.winwithporkfarms.co.uk if they have won. They will then receive a call within 3 working days of their winner notification online, with details of how to claim their Prize.

c. Final Prize Draw: The winner will be contacted via the email address provided upon entry within 5 working days of the prize draw and will be required to respond to confirm eligibility plus acceptance of the prize within 14 days of initial contact. In the event the winner does not respond to communications within 14 days of initial contact, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify that winner and the Prize will be allocated to an alternate entrant selected in the same manner.

19. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants. The Promoter may require such information as it considers reasonably necessary for this purpose and a prize may be withheld unless and until the Promoter is satisfied with the verification.

20. All entries must be made by the entrant themselves. Bulk entries made from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. Incomplete or illegible entries, entries by macros or other automated means (including systems which can be programmed to enter), and entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these terms and conditions in full will be disqualified and will not be counted. If it becomes apparent that an entrant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of 'script', 'brute force', masking their identity by manipulating IP addresses, using identities other than their own or any other automated means in order to increase that entrant's entries into the Promotion in a way that is not consistent with the spirit of the Promotion, that entrant's entries will be disqualified and any prize award will be void.

21. No responsibility is accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed or as a result of any network, computer hardware or software failure of any kind. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt.

If for any reason the Promotion is not capable of running as planned for reasons including but not limited to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right (subject to any written directions given under applicable law) to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and to terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion.

25. If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these terms and conditions the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation.

26. The winners will be required to participate in any reasonable publicity arising from the Promotion.

27. If you are a winner of the Promotion, you agree that the Promoter may use your name and county of residence to announce the winners of this Promotion and for any other reasonable and related promotional purposes.

28. The names and counties of the winners will be available by sending a self-addressed envelope to Pork Farms Promotion 2017, Mosaic Marketing and Promotions limited, Richmond Hill Farm, Chisel Hampton Oxfordshire, OX44 7XF, which will be available after 10th December 2017 for 4 weeks.

29. The Promoter's decision is binding in all matters relating to this Promotion, and no correspondence shall be entered into.

30. The Terms and Conditions of this Promotion shall be interpreted and applied on the basis of English Law and the Courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
