Nothing that wasn't budgeted for today.
I may have to spend some money tomorrow. It is my son's birthday on Saturday 6th and he won't be getting anything in the post now because of the postal strike, so I am wondering if I should buy him something extra?
I don't want him to be disappointed at only getting a couple of presents, as many of our relatives live a long way away and will have posted something. Finally Debt Free After 34 Years, But Still Need to Live Frugally

Same here! I've managed NSD's sat, sunday, monday, wednesday and today, it's the first time i've made a point of trying not to spend anything and it's going pretty well :j0 -
spent just over £9 on food at asda and £35 for petrol.
Ps esthomizzy we'd never feel superior just because we've managed to stick to a budget or a NSD, especially me - it's a tough challenge every day not to spend money.0 -

I got the bus to work while the bike is off the road (so it cost £1), and went out for my copy of The Sun to get my free Rebus DVD and ended up going in for a coffee and sarnie at a cafe instead of just getting a roll and banana from Tesco.
Oh, it was so nice!!!Almost debt-free, but certainly even with the Banks!0 -

Hope you're feeling much better Pap
Night night all x0 -
I don't mind you feeling good about doing better than me. I deserve it this week honestly
. I'm semi homeless for another fortnight and I've been staying with various friends and I'm worried about outstaying my welcome/getting in their way so apart from having lots on anyway I've been spending more than I wanted to. I go home on the 18th yippee and then I'm going to go into hibernation and eat my way through my freezer to get to payday. MFi3 member 105 - MFW date Oct 2023 - 12 years 9 months more0
