I agree that they are using me and pushing me out, it was already confirmed to me that the manager who above mentioned has caused a lot of drama wanted to get rid of myself and another team member,
I know those sort's of chats as well, the interest in exactly how long it takes to get to work and how do I cope with the shift pattern by the new team leader.
