3 Mobile - faulty phone

Hi
I have a contract phone with 3 Mobile - I got a new phone (Samsung S6 edge) last September which until last week I never encountered a problem with. Last week the screen went black then just flickered could do a reset - to cut a long story short took the phone back to the 3 shop at the Abbeycentre where I got it - they said don't worry its covered by warranty take to the Samsung shop. did this only to be told that the phone was either refurbished or had a previous repair and would not fix it. Contacted 3 online who basically after much back and forth said I had had the phone repaired by a third part and there was nothing they could do about it. So really its my word against theirs - I have never had the phone repaired - why would I if it was under warranty and I didn't take the phone as being refurbished as it would say so on the receipt and it doesn't - I will write to the ombudsman and or the consumer rights ppl but I just wondered if anyone else has encountered the same problem
Many thanks
Kim

Fire an email off to the executive office. Google their email address. Worked for me. I had a problem cancelling a contract early. The Indian call centre wouldn't process the request. Executive office sorted it.0
