  • Had the following so far today;

    B - Porridge
    L - Porridge
    D - (Not sure yet will see what I have when I get home)
    Drinks - Black coffee, sugar free cream soda

    I'm going to turn into a wee creature of habit when it comes to food that I eat, will look to change it up a bit at the weekend but in a more healthy way than I am doing currently.

    Had a chippie last night for dinner and it was delicious but need to learn that these meals need to become a more rare treat rather than a regular occurrence like they are now :p

    14lbs down, 70lbs to go!

  • The day is almost over and not a crisp or bit of chocolate has entered my face - I will take that as a win!

    Heading home soon for some dinner, I will just cook something quick that I have at home.

    Have some rice and curry sauce so might have that. Seems like a bit of a cheat meal too even though it isn't really.

  • Ended up feeling really ill last night after dinner.

    Not sure if I just ate too much after not a lot during the day :(

    Was planning to have an early night then get up at 6am jump in for a shower and sort myself out for work.

    That didn't happen so I dragged myself in with my hair scraped back and bags under my eyes that wouldn't be allowed to be checked as hand luggage :rotfl:

    Jeez, it's gonna be a long day.
