I've just come on here looking for this exact question. Only realised when I got up that not only has one not come in today, I didn't get one yesterday either!

We are sorry to hear that you have not received the prize draw code.

We are currently liaising with our IT department who are working on getting this issue rectified."

We will enter the draw manually for you for the missed dates.

Thanks for that. I wonder if they'll do that automatically. Or if it will only happen for those who email them? I might email them too, in case.

Snap. I tweeted them - not heard back yet. It happened to me once before and they gave me a temp log-in so I could get back in and change it.

I got mine as well this morning. However it seems they were fibbing about manually entering those of us who emailed, as after entering I got "Congratulations! You have another chance to win this month.
Your entry for today has been recorded. You now have 1 chances to win this month."

Ditto, I thought I'd allow them 24 hours to sort this, and if tomorrow shows "you have 2 entries" I'll contact them again to check.

I just got this reply:

"Thanks for your e-mail.

No-one has received an entry for those days and we currently reviewing the best way to deal with this.

We will be e-mailing all entrants in due course."
