It's got potential - looks set for 'regeneration' anyway - check the Guardian complaining about the new 'regeneration' plans.
Currently anywhere west is overpriced (Crouch End, Turnpike Lane etc)
Central along Green Lanes is decent with Manor House tube and quick to get to nice parts of Stoke Newington
East Haringey not so much, Tottenham still quite scabby apart from the 'village'0
