Where d I type the password? Do I have to join a group or on line first or is this for anyone?

You weigh in each week and then have a group meeting where the leader talks about different foods and the plans. Weight losses are read out and awards given. It's about support and talking through personal issues with weight. Another one is Weight Watchers.
The online password gives members access to a personlised weight chart. The password is given out by the class leader each week.
The passwords used to be given out on sites such as MSE but SW got a bit huffy and said they can't be anymore.
I'm just about to start SW (again)......not having the passwords means I guess I'll have to pay if I want to do it online
You sound as if you are possibly lucky enough not to need to attend
