  • Sorry your having a bad hair day(s) it can make you feel crap sometimes.

IIWY I'd go to an hairdresser and ask them to wash condition and blow dry your hair so they can get it looking good again and then carry on their good work with whatever the hairdresser suggests you should use. ie Shine serum etc.

You could well be right about the water in Bath
    (maybe its bathwatertongue.gif sorry..)
  • Ive heard pantene is bad for your hair as it is full of silicone and not much else. Dove is ment to be really good on your hair.

Again Treseme is quite a sticky heat protector spray.

I would use a deep conditioning treatment which should stop it from getting dry, and as stated above try using a shine serum.

  • Speranza, I've just re-read your post and I wouldn't recommend washing your hair every day and all that blowdrying. If I were I'd try tresemme shampoo as well as the serum but you only need a pea size blob of serum rubbed into your fingers and sprinkled down your hair to smooth it after blow drying it into style. I wash my hair twice a week usually unless I've had a 'dirty' weekend i.e cleaning the house thoroughly and a spot of gardening :-) then I'll wash it again oh and don't hold the hairdryer too near your hair and if possible try and dry it naturally for a bit first.
Sorry I'm in a talkative mood.......I'll shut up now (for a bit)

I use redken color extend range, pricey but really good stuff, you can get it cheaper off e-bay than salon shops.

Ileana youve posted the same comments in another post, are you linked to the company you are promoting if so you need to say so.

i use aussie hair products and they re great. no build up and they smell wonderful. i know it isnt very mse but maybe buy some very cheap mineral water to rinse through your hair until it gets used to the different water?
    you might find it helps.
  • if you look in the freebies section there's a link for a free aussie 3 min miracle sample. i swear by it and use it once a week - london water is shocking (i'm from Yorkshire!)

A good old fashioned cure is a few drops of vinegar in a jug of water as final rinse, it takes the hardness out of the water x
