hello all - sorry been awol (away with work!)

Have had another flurry of UU (July really is helping clear the stash!)
UU: ABC body moisturiser - WDBA, really loved this, am missing it already to be honest! need to find somewhere to buy it at a reasonable price!
UU: Redken extreme travel shampoo and conditioner - WDBA
UU: CT primer sample - WNBA, nothing special for the money.

hoping to have 2/3 more before the month is out :)

I buy my ABC lotion from members of QVSELL a FaceBook group. Feelunique had it on offer too recently.
Back for the No Buying Toiletries challenge. I pledge to only buy when I run out of a product that is not already in my stash no matter what wonderful emails land in in my Inbox or threads I read on MSE re: glitches!

    A few cheeky INs today:

La Roche Posay Anthelios XL Comfort Cream SPF50 50ml
La Roche Posay Anthelios XL Anti-shine SPF50 spray 75ml
Dentek Silky Whitening Floss Picks 75 count

I wanted to try a different sunscreen, as I think either the Bioderma sunscreen I'm using at the minute is irritating my skin, or my cleanser is. And I saw the spray SPF on the clearance stand in Boots, and it doesn't expire for two years, but it was £3 instead of over a tenner normally. And the floss picks are to replace the ones I finished the other day.

    GA:
Vaseline intensive moisturiser x2 - too tacky

    UU:
Clearasil - Rapid Action Pads - mainly OHs.
Garnier - Micellar make up remover - 125ml
Simple - Micellar make up remover 400ml
  • Back from my holiday and i didn't finish any products whilst away, how annoying! Bought everything home though so hopefully will be used up early next month.

    Some other UU:

Benefit Hoola Mini WBA. I used most of this but as it got thin it crumbled and bits broke off. I have a full size waiting to be used.
Aussie 3 Minute Miracle Reconstructor Sachet WBA. I recently had balayge done on my hair and it is now very dry and knotty due to the bleach. Using any and every deep conditioner to try and help it.
Mixa Restoring Body Lotion Sample WDBA. Surprisingly really liked this! I loved the way it made my skin feel after applying.
Michael Kors Wonderlust Perfume WMBA. I really liked this but there are so many perfumes i like, i won't be buying it any time soon. This was on my PP list, i need to dig out the list and see what else was there.
Sensodyne Rapid Relief Toothpaste mini WDBA. HG product.

    And one TA from holiday:
Ultrasun Face SPF 30 mini This had gone off, had only been open a couple of months but it smelt awful and it's not worth risking it with suncream!

Had a few cheeky duty free In's, all products i had been wanting and intending to buy then:
Clinique Take the Day off Cleansing Balm
    Clinique Moisture Surge Supercharged Concentrate
Boss The Scent for her 30ml I'm running out of my bottle and love it too much to be without it!

    One TA this morning:

Lush Charity Pot Hand and Body Lotion 10g WNBA. I had to throw this away as my water bottle squashed it and I can't get into the little metal tin. It wasn't anything noteworthy either.

And a few INs to report:

Paula’s Choice Calm Redness Relief Cleanser Normal to Oily Skin 198ml
Paula’s Choice Skin Recovery Enriched Calming Toner 190ml
Paula’s Choice Calm Redness Relief Cleanser Normal to Dry Skin sample x 2
Paula’s Choice Resist Anti-Ageing Toner Normal to Oily Skin sample x 2
Paula’s Choice Calm Redness Relief Moisturiser Normal to Dry Skin sample x 2
Paula’s Choice Skin Recovery Replenishing Moisturiser sample x 2

So 10 INs in total. I was in a down mood so I treated myself.
  • in garnier micelluar water. it is a basic and it is lovely.

I had to make a foundation with concealer and moisturizer. It was really good. i left the foundation at home while travelling.

As far as I can see these will be my last UU for July, I will have had 2 good consecutive months, but I think that the next couple of months will be tougher as I have been weeding out all the older products, which date from my time of buying sample sizes and taking advantage of gwp offers.

    UU
7ml Clinique Repairwear serum 12/72 OK, but others I like more.
50ml Elizabeth Arden 8 Hour Cream 13/73 WNBA and have more I think
10ml Bio effect EGF Serum 14/74. Love it, but I think too expensive to buy in the future.
The best thing about the future is that it comes one day at a time. (Abraham Lincoln)

    Two UUs from last night:

Paula’s Choice Calm Moisturiser Normal to Oily Skin sample x 2 WPNBA but it was nice. It was nice and light and moisturising, but I need something more. I've been testing this on one area for a few days and no sudden reactions to it.

I am exhausted. I can't wait to do my skincare routine and go to bed.

I called into Superdrug today for some E45 lotion for Emma and also picked up a pack of 3 L'Or!al face masks in tester sizes. Was £3 for the pack.

It is Emma's birthday tomorrow and we are going to Chester Zoo and Cheshire Oaks. There may. Be purchases.
