CCA - What now?

Hi
Well today I finally received my CCA. I requested it way back in June from a debt collectors. I heard nothing from them so quit paying.
Now I have received the CCA but from the Credit Card company so obviously I need to start making payments again. But who do I make them to? The Debt Collectors who made my life a misery or the original credit card company who have sent the CCA.
I really don't want to call them as they are not very nice people.
Can anyone advise me please?

Hi Kathy,
Am afraid I don't know a huge deal about this, why not try contacting the original creditors, by post if you don't wish to call but do it by recorded mail to cover your back offering them repayments that you can afford, maybe with a cheque for the amount as a first payment and gesture of goodwill. You can also try contacting the CCCS who are a debt charity who can advise you on it, their details are vailable on here (somewhere!).0
