Competition terms
1. The promoter is Forest Holidays.
2. Employees of Forest Holidays, their family members or anyone else connected in any way with the competition or helping to set up the competition shall not be permitted to enter the competition.
3. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition, however you must provide your contact details above. The winner will be selected by a random draw.
4. The start date for the competition will be 27 June 2017 and the closing date for entry will be 21 July 2017 at 11.30pm. After this, no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
5. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the case of any event outside of the promoter's control.
6. The prize is a 3 night weekend or 4 night midweek break in a Golden Oak Treehouse at Thorpe Forest, Blackwood Forest, Sherwood Forest, or Forest of Dean. The break must be taken before 31 January 2018 and excludes school and bank holidays. This prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion or discount. It is only redeemable against one cabin booking and excludes any activities or extras. You are responsible for your own transportation to your chosen location. Keldy and Deerpark are excluded from the prize.
7. No alternative to the prize will be offered. The prize is not transferable and is subject to availability.
8. The winner will be notified on or before 1 August 2017. If the winner cannot be contacted, or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
9. The promoter's decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
10. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant's prior consent.
11. The winner's name will be available 28 days after closing date by sending a stamped addressed envelope to the following address: Forest Holidays, Central Support Office, Bath Yard, Moira, Derbyshire, DE12 6BA.
12. Entrants must be aged 18 or over to enter.
