Question 3: According to her autopsy, Star Wars legend Carrie Fisher had heroin, cocaine and which other drug in her system when she died?

I can find various reports online stating that she had MDMA, morphine, ecstasy and methadone in her system. So I'm not sure which answer they're looking for.
