Terms and Conditions
1) The promoter is Dunlop Slazenger International, Unit A, Brook Park, Shirebrook, Mansfield, Notts, NG20 8RY.
2) The winners will be selected at random.
3) The daily competitions start on Wednesday 28th June at 10am and end on Wednesday 12th July 2017 at 10am.
4) Entering the daily competitions gives the entrant the opportunity to win the grand prize as well as the daily giveaways.
5) The grand prizes are 2x tickets to the men’s singles Wimbledon final (16th July 2017) and 2x tickets to the ladies singles Wimbledon final (15th July 2017). The winners of the tickets will be announced on Wednesday 12th July via social media. There will be two winners, one will receive 2x tickets to the men’s final and the other 2x tickets to the ladies final. The allocation of these tickets will be at the sole discretion of the promoter and their decision is final.
6) The winners of the daily competitions will be notified via direct message and announced on the Slazenger social media account on Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram at approximately 09:15am the following day.
7) Daily competition prizes include; signed tennis equipment by Tim Henman, Slazenger tennis clothing, Slazenger Tennis balls, Slazenger tennis equipment, and Slazenger tennis footwear, tickets to the Wimbledon museum. The prize awarded on each day to each winner is at the sole discretion of the promoter.
8) No correspondence will be entered into.
9) The competitions can be entered on Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram. To enter you must do the below; Twitter – Follow the page, retweet the daily competition post, and comment #115YearsOfSlaz Facebook – Like the page, share the daily competition post, and comment #115YearsofSlaz Instagram – Follow the page, like the daily competition post, and comment #115YearsofSlaz
10) No purchase is necessary.
11) There will be a total of 115 winners across the 3 social media channels.
12) The winners of the tickets to the final must claim their prize by 2pm Thursday 13th July 2017. If the winner does not claim the prize then no second winner will be selected.
13) Please note that travel and accommodation is not included in the prize. The winner will have to make their own arrangements.
14) All tickets are STICTLY NON-TRANSFERABLE and MUST NOT BE SOLD or advised for sale whether on THE INTERNET, in a newspaper or elsewhere. ANY TICKETS ADVERTISED FOR SALE WILL AUTOMATICALLY BECOME INVALID FOR ENTRY.
15) The promoter is not liable or responsible for any costs incurred by the winner in the event that the tennis, for whatever reason, is either cancelled, delayed or postponed. The tickets cannot be exchanged for a different day of the tournament.
16) The following age restrictions apply for Centre court access: Under 5’s are not permitted to attend, 5-16 year olds must attend with an Adult (18+) & Photo ID in the form of a driving license or Passport may be required for entry.
17) It is the entrants responsibility to ensure that the rules of entry are adhered to. The promoter will not be responsible if the entrant is refused entry or has anything confiscated upon arrival.
18) The winners of the daily competitions have until 5pm Friday 14th July 2017 to claim their prize and provide information including name, address, and sizes. If the winner does not claim the prize then no second winner will be selected.
19) If the prizes at point 7 above cannot be supplied to the winner for any reason, the promoter reserves the right to select, at its sole discretion, an alternative prize. The color of the prize is also at the sole discretion of the promoter.
20) No cash alternative is available in place of the prizes.
21) The promoter will bear the full cost of postage of the prize to a UK address.
22) Upon acceptance of the prize, winners agree to provide reasonable cooperation to allow the Promoter to use their name and/or likeness for advertising and publicity purposes in connection with this Promotion including but not limited to publication of their name and photograph on the Promoter's websites. In addition, each winner may be required to send the Promoter a photo of themselves enjoying the prize (the 'Photo'). By submitting an entry and in consideration of the Promoter granting a right to enter the Promotion, entrants agree to grant the Promoter a perpetual, royalty-free, non-exclusive, sub-licensable right and license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute and exercise all copyright and publicity rights with respect to the Photo worldwide and/or to incorporate the Photo in other works in any media now known or later developed for the full term of any rights that may exist in the Photo.
