Loan provider quick to complete?
Can anyone tell me what experience they've had with loan providers who pay out quickly? My wife is getting a consolidation/car loan and been accepted in principle. Trouble is they're taking forever to send out documents and meanwhile, the car is being held by the dealer who are being patient so far...
Her credit is great and earnings are fine so no reason for it to be declined but she's getting understandably twitchy as she really needs the car!
So if anyone knows a reputable provider who completes the whole process quickly, suggestions would be appreciated.
Thanks!

The fact she need a consolidation loan is a great reason for her to be declined, I'm afraid.
Who has she applied to? Further applications at this stage are unlikely to help.0 -
She currently has a loan that expires in 18 months, not a huge amount left to pay. Current application is with Sainsbury's.
The twitchiness is not to do with being accepted, she's just losing patience especially as she was told the documents were being sent 1st class. And then there's the waiting for them to receive them back, and process it, and transfer the funds etc.
We're just wondering whether she would be better off going elsewhere.0 -
The risk with going elsewhere is that Sainsbury's may do further checks when they receive the documents and decline her based on the further searches.
A new lender will be equally cautious when they see the recent Sainsbury's search.
