Bit of a background to the situation; I was suspended from work for a week, called in for a review on my suspension, told I would be suspended further while a decision was being made. Possibly gutless management for not calling you to tell you of the final decision, although they may claim they tried but couldn't get hold of you. Difficult to prove, one way or the other.
I don't think there's much you can do now. Best to move on.
