I seem to recall Dreams being okay when we bought frames from them a few years back.

    Mattresses we got from http://www.riteprice.co.uk/home
but they didn't have as big a choice of frames.

<edit> But note: both of those were a few years in the past - you may want more recent feedback.

Just one experience with Dreams (eight years ago). We bought an ex-display bed frame as it was reduced plus a new mattress to go on it. When it was delivered the mattress was clearly marked so I contacted them to complain. The salesperson had written ex-display on the mattress as well on the order docket after we had paid, even though it was clearly full-price. Of course there was no ex-display written on our copy, but it took four phone calls, then I had to fax our copy over, then several more phone calls (where I flat refused to accept anything less than a new mattress unless they gave me a good discount) before they came to collect the original one and deliver a new one. No apology at any point and they practically called me a liar on more than one occasion. Think the most they offered was about £20 to just keep the ex-display one, not particularly generous considering what they'd have to pay to send the delivery guy back I thought

I bought a double bed from Dreams about 12/18 months ago.
When it was delivered the runners on one of the drawers were broken. Delivery guys couldn't get hold of Dreams on the phone.

Couple of weeks later they returned with a new base and drawers, runners bent on this one too. Eventually they "fixed" the runners with a big hammer. I could have insisted they take it away, but he got the drawer moving and I just wanted a whole bed, so kept it.

Sent feedback to Dreams, which was ignored. Wouldn't buy from them again.

Also, I bought from a shop and delivery was £39. I discovered too late that if I'd gone home and ordered the same bed online, delivery was free. Might be different now, but worth checking.

We've ordered from them a couple of times with no problems. They deliver on time, and with good communications.

I would also recommend Keens Belfast for furniture as their delivery is free, furniture is all good quality and their customer service is excellent
