Credit Card (23.7% APR (variable): -4155.47
Current Account: -17.88
Help To Buy: +1808.49
Personal Loan (Not sure what the APR is): -1994.69
These are my current debts and I am uncomfortable being almost 6K in debt, I've done well as I was 10K in debt but I am just tackling the last lot.
I am looking into a balance transfer credit card that is 0%, is this a wise idea to clear my current credit card?
Is it possible to also put my loan on that credit card, or is that not possible? What would be the best way to consolidate the debts into a low interest account so I can pay it off even faster?

Any Balance Transfer cards at 0% is better than 23.7% so yes, that's a wise idea.
If you can overpay your loan, you need a Money Transfer card. Again, any cards with a lower APR than your loan is a win. You need to look into your loan T&Cs to see how overpayments are handled.
