Cheap/marquee wedding in Surrey

Hi,
My Fiancee and I are looking to get married next year and looking for venues and ideas that are relatively cheap, compared to much grander weddings. Ideally we are looking for a marquee wedding and having the ceremony and reception all in one place. Another option is a registry office and then having the reception somewhere afterwards, but would like to look at marquees or hotel venues first. We should be able to sort out flowers, photography and cake ourselves to help with costs. Our budget is £5,000 but can stretch to £6-7K if necessary.
Just wondering if anyone has any good ideas for us in the Surrey area.
