Hi Guys,

Many apologies for starting a separate thread, but i need some help.

Im trying to find a mortgage spreadsheet which is simple to use, allows me to input adhoc payments, and will show daily interest.

I have searched the web, and cant find what i need.

Can anyone share or link what they use please?

    I have one however some of the formulas are missing but it still shows your daily interest etc.

    First home- Oct’16 until June’21: £170.995- Overpayments made £13,784 (25% extra!).
    New forever home- Sep’21 £309,449 @ 2.05%. Plan to clear it before 30 years!!!!!!
