Paying my Mortgage with Paypal

Good morning, does anyone know whether it's possible to pay your mortgage with your Paypal account? I would be able to accumulate a huge number of Avios/Amex member rewards points as it is linked to my credit card. Would there be any adverse credit rating issues as a result? I know it does look bad if you pay your mortgage directly from a credit card. Thanks.

    Does your lender accept PayPal?
I would doubt that any lender will accept PayPal for mortgage repayments. Remember, PayPal is not free for the recipient of funds whereas collecting by direct debit is much lower cost for them.

Check your T+C, some reward schemes do not accept third party transactions via paypal for example
