Can Anyone Tell Me If I Can Remortgage My House, I Was In A Trust Deed For 4 Years And I Have Been Released From This As Of June 2007. I Still Owe £43,000 To My Mortgage,

You should be able to remortgage, but -as always - everything depends on your personal circumstances, including things like - is your property a scottish cottge flat, or is it a house, your current deal details, any redemption penalties, what credit you have obtained since your Td was extinguished, etc etc.
laso important are your reasons -are you wanting out of a expensive deal, or is it to raise capital? there are loan and secured loan ptions too, some more expensive than others... Find a fee-free whole of market brokerand make them do all the work!I am a Mortgage adviser
