Having a collaborative approach is counter productive in my view.
Homework allows you to demonstrate something you understand. But if you don't know, you don't know. You try and it gets marked later, so there's no immediate feedback.
My son would be a clear example of someone who only seems to be able to deal with one piece of information at a time and would never be confident to ask for help from teachers. He needed more one to one time to be able to embed information. Collaboration would help with that.
I'm in no doubt that DD cheats on occasion when she hasn't been bothered, but I've seen her working with her friends online too and it makes me proud of them.
Proper collaboration isn't cheating; Lydia describes it very well. The idea of cheat proof sheets is a good one as struggling children won't fall through the net. Goodness knows there's not enough resource in the state system to deal with that. Schools have been starved of cash. Good schools that are oversubscribed are expanding because more pupils mean more money - at the expense of smaller schools who aren't; taking children and money from them!Everything that is supposed to be in heaven is already here on earth.

I'm guessing, to have missed somebody was an MP, I must've missed something somebody said. For me, there were "too many ghosts" to keep track... I felt, as there were "too many", it was all a bit confusing, just a "big jumble of ghosts". Probably the sort of thing I'd need somebody alongside me to explain the bits I missed.
Looks good though.
Yes, I think it needs a second watch to understand them all and catch all the jokes. The same actors were playing both sets of ghosts too so that may become confusing.
After the football today, most of the family are here so I'm going to enforce the episode on them.Spend less now, work less later.0 -

As a rule, I can't follow programmes where people "look the same to me". If there are two blokes in their 30s with dark hair and one's the murderer... unless they're keeping it absolutely clear/defined I have absolutely no idea who is whoSo often I switch off/over because I can't work out the differences between the people. They have to be very different for me to follow things.
There are some peculiar programmes that chop about, over time, flitting back/forth. Forget those, I've never got a clue what's going on
Mysteries... no clue. Can't work out who is who ... and never spot the clues, if given.
Two sets - one above stairs, one below stairs in the cellar. Blink though and you missed it.Spend less now, work less later.0 -
Pastures, that's where a TV recorder is handy, because you can record something and then watch it at your leisure, and it's just there on the recorder hard disc until you delete it. Catch-up only keeps programmes for a finite length of time, whereas it can be on your hard disc for ever.
The other beauty is that you can set it to record the whole series, so episodes are recorded automatically.
As regards David O's voice, I actually quite like his voice; I find it calming. I also think he has a very sympathetic and kind approach which is endearing. Plus I quite fancy him as well!(I just lurve spiders!)

Tyre performance in the wet deteriorates rapidly below about 3mm tread - change yours when they get dangerous, not just when they are nearly illegal (1.6mm).
Oh, and wear your seatbelt. My kids are only alive because they were wearing theirs when somebody else was driving in wet weather with worn tyres.0 -

Our eldest's Easter egg (and the one for his GF) remain ungifted and intact downstairs.
They were nearly not intact as a result of me not receiving any, but I have managed to resist.
I hope you've had a lovely time anyway xEverything that is supposed to be in heaven is already here on earth.
