Loan amount has been put in account but I don't know which lender & rates?!

Hi, I applied for a handful of personal loan's Monday evening and all were either declined or pending contact for more information. However, on Wednesday the applied for loan amount appeared in my account but I have had no email confirmation, no written confirmation and no calls. The only information the bank can find are these

Reference-Family exp*TFR

I have logged into all account created when applying and they all still say declined and I have also checked my credit report and all credit checks made were those of those same companies who declined.

I am too worried about rates and interest to spend the money but can't think of anyway to find out the lender and the rates?? Especially as if they are too high I will have to cancel bur can't if I don't know the company! Please help!!

What sort of loans were you applying for?

That reference doesn't fill me with confidence that it's anything mainstream.

Presumably you check all three credit files?

I applied for personal unsecured loans, they were mostly suggestions from Money Supermarket because I used them to compare.

The ones which weren't on Money Supermarket I only requested quotes from.

Does the amount placed in your account tally with the loans you applied for? Can you call the bank and query it with them? Did you not get amy email notification - it may be in your spam box so would check there.

I was applying for £3000 and the amount put in the account was £2994.

I went to the bank and the description and reference are the only information they can get because there has been no direct debit set up.

I haven't knowingly signed anything online or had any correspondence to say I have been accepted or what the rates are etc. Have checked all possible imboxes multiple time and no letters or calls either. Also logged into all sites and none say thwyve accepted. I'm not sure what else I can do.

I'm really confused and worried to be honest I need to know the rates because of they are too high I would need to cancel it but I don't even know the company
