Hi,
After some advice please. Ive handed in my notice and im due basic pay and commission payments but my boss is saying that if im not there to manage the job then i wont be getting my commission. Is this legal? Ive made sales and commission is due.
Any help or advice would be appreciated. Thanks

What does your contract say?0

As requested, it'll be down to what your contract says, but it's not unusual for commission not to be paid to someone who is no longer employed.0

It doesnt mention anything about losing rights to any unpaid commission if leaving employment before its paid.0
