Dear Martin
Please can you help? I have terminal cancer and would like to release some of the value of my house. I want to stay here until i die, but to have some cash would be helpful. I am sorted pension credit wise disabled (fully) and in receipt of the maximum benefit.
My house is worth approx £120.000 owe approx £20,000 can you advise what I can get out of the value of the house in order that may enjoy my remaining life.
